Silent Dismissal - Parent Connect

The Silent Dismissal - Parent Connect app is designed to provide parents with a convenient way to update and monitor their child's information at schools using Silent Dismissal.

With this app, parents can easily view important details such as their child's name spelling, classroom assignment, and the most recent dismissal event for the current day. This includes information on whether the child has been called for dismissal, departed the classroom, loaded onto the bus, or arrived at after care.

Parents also have the ability to update their child's dismissal requirements for the day. This can be done by designating the child as absent, having left early, participating in carpooling, or being part of a specific after-school group. The app even allows parents to indicate if their child will be picked up by an alternate carpool when going home with a friend (if permitted by the school settings).

In addition, parents can use the app to notify their child's classroom that they are ready for pick up within the defined geographic boundaries (if permitted by the school settings).

It's important to note that before making any in-app purchases, parents should confirm if their child's school supports the use of this app and to what extent. If the school does not support the app, it will not function properly. Furthermore, individual schools have the autonomy to discontinue support for the Parent Handheld App at any time without informing SDCS, Inc., the developer of the app. Therefore, SDCS, Inc. will not be held responsible if the app is no longer supported by a school and will not provide refunds for purchases.

Purchases made after June 1st in a given year will grant access to the app until August 30th of the following calendar year. However, purchases made prior to June 1st will expire on August 30th of the current calendar year.
